Dude She is Smokin..... Those Tires

So i was snurfing around YouTube and stumbled upon somthing i couldn't help but share.... i  just saw the title: Mountain Drift by Iva Rusinova, and i had a strong feeling i was in for a treat.  I thought to my self  " I like drifting videos, especialy ones on mountain roads... Iva Rusinova, she sounds Hott! especialy if she can drift threw mountain roads" and guess what she is Hott and she can drift.... and BONUS she drives an ugly old 4dr too boot. There is a funny little flame war going on in the comments section of this page on you tube, aside from the gender bashing i noticed some guys calling her car an audi80-90  i think it's an 80 but  I dont know to much about germnan car's (nor am i a huge fan) but i can apreciate nice ones and this boxy ugly old thing is right up my alley... anyhow... good filming, good editing, good driver, good looking driver and no enoying techno= a pretty darn entertaining little video with a proper start middle and end short and sweet with no boring filler.... great job who ever "Savlio1" is and great driving Iva ... enjoy friends

Get Ready To Click Replay

Some professional Hooning from the mother land of dorifto.... by no means is this a new video clip but an instant classic it is forsure! I watch this clip atleast once a week and everytime i watch, i watch it over and over and each time it blows my mind to pieces. To pull a trick like this on any driver is amazing but to do it to a veteran like "monkey man" Ken Nomuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuura is proof Daigo Saito is one of the best drivers to ever pull the awesome handle(E-Brake). Daigo has taken on an unbeliveable challenge this year competing in D1GP, Formula Drift Asia and for his first time Formula Drift U.S. where he took first place at round 3 ending J.T.P's rain of mustang terror... i just hope competing in three differnt pro drift cuircuits doesn't burn him out and that he's left some time to drift for fun, cuz thats what it's realy about and why we do it at all.... good luck in all your races Saito Daigo San and keep smile'n and slide'n

Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover... Or a Evo By It's Chassis

                                                                   Evolution 5.8?
When i was at Tony's toys taking pictures of his Evolution6(to befeatured very soon) my attention was drawn to the service bay parking lot where i saw this menacing Evo5, or atleast what i thought was an Evo5

I was aproached by the owner, a master technician of tonys who goes by the alias "Engineer" he was more then happy to pop his hood and give me the story on this unique Mitsubishi. I'm told that Engineer picked this vehicle up as an empty rolling chassis and rather then replace what was missing why not replace it with somthing better, but no simple engine swap would satisfy this man, Engineer swaped evrything from an Evo8 into his car; engine, drive line, and so much more.

As Engineer tells me this was not his first bout with the legendary and stout  4G63,  he told me about 1000+hp 55psi pushing dyno destroyers he built in his time in the U.S.A. I wont spoil you with hp numbers on this car as engineer dreams to import this car northward and visit his brother in Toronto. So hopfully dreams come true and you can find out for yourself how much power this Evo5.8 is packing when you're left standing at the christmass tree at a drag strip near you.

Welcome to Tony's

As I promised earlier this week a tour of the most reputable tuning shop in Grand Cayman Tony's Toys
as impressive as the size of this shop is... that's not even his shop it's where he keeps his massive inventory of tires, oil, sunoco 104 racing fuel and all kinds of ther goodies down at the end (by that race built evo6) are offices the showroom and store(where if they dont have what you need in stock they will get it no hastle!) behind me are the wash bays and parking and directly to my right side....
The service bays, where as i mentioned in an eralier post he will do what ever you want from an oil change to matence and service or even aftermarket upgrades(pictured is a perfect example L-R a light truck  a factory looking RX8 and a race built old school Mini) the full on race builds and dyno tuning take place at another location where the stalions are normaly parked but lucky for me(and you) Tony brought a few in for me to take some pictures of........
As you can see befor you are a couple race reay jdm beauties built with knowlege a purpose and great attenion to detail one thing i've realy apreciated about most of the modifed cars on the island(Grand Cayman) is they arn't built to fall in to a played out genre like most of the cars in Canada and the U.S. and most of the magazines i read. These cars on the island where just built to go fast have fun and show a little personality...

I have more photos and info on the evo befor you coming soon in another post as well as some pics and info on one of Tony's Engineers personal cars its another evo though its not a 6 its an evo 5 with the heart and sould of an 8 or an 8 disguised as a 5 come back read and decide for your self

Beautiful and a Beast

The boys at motor fix are pretty much the authority on corollas 87 and older (especialy older) if your in to old school japanese car's a visit to http://www.motorfix.jp/ is a must, being able to read japanese would help but as they say a picture can tell a thousad words. This is probly my favorite chassis corolla and to have an aluminium v8 shoehorned in to such a light platform just screams reliable daily drifter, old school style with gobs of off-throtle tire smoking tourqe what more could you ask for.... a unicorn mayb

my very first time!

so this is my first post... and thats my fc... thats also my bike...and i also own those other two P.O.S's in the background (rps13and aw11 both forsale)
I guess I'll tell you about my plans for this blog(as if anyone cares).... I want to show the exploits and expeditions of me and my friends and show you some of the cool cars i encounter on my travels out and about this strange planet.

I'm curently in the Grand Caymen and yesterday i had a meeting with "Mista Tony" owner and operator of Tony's Toys ( http://www.tonystoys.net/) a very impressive service/upgrade shop and peformance/jdm parts store located here in the Grand Cayman. He does it all from an oil change on a crv to full on race car builds and tuning or even importing your JDM dream ride. Mista(MR) Tony is an amazingly nice and personable man, he took me into his office told me all about his operation and invited me to check out his stable of race ready ponies tomorow i was told to expect higly modified offerings form Honda, Toyota and Mitsubishi... if we are lucky enough mayb he will let me post some pics and an article about these jdm racers.
